2 10 oz. packages frozen chopped spinach.
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pound cooked diced chicken
8 oz. low fat sour cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg.
9 uncooked oven ready lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Squeeze spinach into paper towels to remove excess water. Combine first ten ingredients in a large bowl. Spray crock pot with Pam. Coat both sides of lasagna noodles with Pam. Place 3 noodles ( breaking to fit) in bottom of crock pot , add 1 /3 of spinach mixture and top with 1/ 3 of mozzarella cheese. Continue layering until you have used all ingredients. Cook on high 1 hour and then on low another 3 hours.
