⅓ cup plain non fat Greek Yogurt
1½ tsp kosher salt
1½ tsp fresh lemon juice
1½ tsp olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp granulated garlic
½ tsp ground ginger
1 lb large peeled and deveined, uncooked shrimp
cooking spray
2 TBSP fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yogurt, salt, lemon juice, oil, curry powder, coriander, garlic, and ginger in large zip lock bag. Add shrimp to coat. Marinate 30 mins - 2 hours. Divide shrimp and place on 4 metal skewers.Grill over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes or till opaque. Serve with rice.
