2 c blueberries
2 c blackberries
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
1 T maple syrup
1 tsp freshly grated ginger

Topping:
1 1/2 c rolled oats
2 tsp cinnamon
5 T flour (can use almond flour)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp flax seeds
5 T EVOO, or coconut oil
5 T honey or maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Add the vanilla, lemon juice, maple syrup and ginger to berries and toss well. In a separate bowl, mix the oats, flour, vanilla, cinnamon and flax seeds. Mix well before adding maple syrup and oil. Pour the crumble mixture evenly over berries. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
