2 tblsp butter
2 tblsp flour
tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
⅛ tsp paprika
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese
tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir over low heat until smooth. Gradually stir in milk, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Stir in cheese and dry mustard. Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
