1 LARGE CAN TOMATO JUICE (SAUCE IF YOU LIKE THICKER)

3 CANS KIDNEY BEANS

2 CANS WHOLE TOMATOES

1 CAN MUSHROOMS

3 - 4 STALKS OF CELERY CHOPPED

1 MED-LARGE ONION CHOPPED

3 LBS HAMBURGER

1 PKG CARROL SHELBY'S CHILI SEASONING

1 GREEN PEPPER(OPTIONAL)

Directions:
Directions:
BROWN AND DRAIN HAMBURGER.

ADD CELERY, ONION, MUSHROOMS. COOK TIL ONIONS BEGIN TO TURN CLEAR.

POUR HAMBURGER, TOMATO JUICE, TOMATOES, MUSHROOMS, SEASONING AND KIDNEY BEANS IN LARGE KETTLE. BRING TO A BOIL AND SIMMER 3-4 HOURS.
