2 c. flour
tsp. salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
orange juice
2 tbsp. hot water
c. chopped nuts
1 c. halved raw cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together, add other ingredients in order given. Bake in creased and floured loaf pan(s) at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
