1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brwon sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. crushed corn flakes
3/4 c. Rice Krispies
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
3 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) package semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar at medium speed with mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla until smooth. Stir in cereals and oats.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until combined. Stir in Chocolates chips and walnuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-13 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes then remove to wire cooling rack.
