1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 T. dry onion soup mix
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 t. dry or prepared mustard
2 T. ketchup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine ground beef, milk and onion soup mix. Mix well.
Press evenly in an 8" x 4" loaf pan or a one quart casserole dish.
Combine brown sugar, mustard and ketchup and spoon over meat mixture.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until done

Recipe can be doubled. Bake in a 9" x 5" loaf or 11' x 7' baking dish for one hour.
