1 ( 18,25 oz) package lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz) package lemon flavored gelatin
1 cup water 4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

GLAZE:
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cups powdered sugar

GARNISH: Whipped Cream

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, place cake mix, gelatin, water and eggs. Meat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add oil and beat another minute.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35- 40 minutes.

Prepare glaze. In small bowl, stir powdered sugar and lemon juice well to combine. When cake is done, remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. While cake is still warm, prick all over with a fork or wooden pick and pour lemon-sugar glaze evenly over cake.
