1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp sugar

scant tsp salt......whip all with a fork

scant 1/2 cup oil (wesson, crisco) mix together with the above.

2 tbsp milk

this recipe isn't the roll-out kind. you just press it around in the pie plate.

it is soooooo easy.

if i use it for a berry pie, i cover the edge with tin foil so it doesn't get too brown.

if you are going to use it just as a baked pie crust, then oven should be set at 375º.

bake for 10-12 minutes.
