Banana Bread Recipe

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups softened butter
1 beaten egg
3-4 mashed bananas
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar on medium-high until pale and fluffy.
Reduce speed to medium-low and add in the egg.
Mix in the mashed bananas, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Gently add in the flour mixture, and mix until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Bake 45-60 minutes, until a knife comes out clean when poked into the center.
