2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups chicken stock or broth
1 tablespoons soy sauce
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, curry powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon in bowl.
2. Add seasoning mixture and 1-2 cups of stock/broth to large pot. Over medium heat stir or whisk seasonings and liquid until smooth.
3. Add soy sauce and stir to combine.
4. Add the remaining 2-3 cups liquid and mix to combine.
5. Add chicken to pot. Add additional liquid, if needed, to cover chicken.
6. Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chicken is fork tender.
7. Serve with rice and/or naan.
