2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, undrained
½ c. salsa
1 T. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth
½ c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 T. sour cream
5 T. green onion
2½ T. fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer beans and liquid (partially mash beans). Add salsa, chili and broth. Bring to boil. Ladle soup in bowls - top with cheese, sour cream, onions, and cilantro.
