Ground chuck
Ground pork
Ground veal
Garlic powder
Italian seasonings
2 Eggs
Fine bread crumbs
Minced onion fine

For a good meatball you need to start with good meat.
Mix in remaining ingredients. I don't measure I just go by looks. If you're using about 2 # total meat then probably at least - C bread crumbs. Just a splash or 2 of milk.
Mix together until well incorporated.
Shape into meatballs
Bake 350 for 30 min tops depending on size of your balls.
Add to favorite sauce!
