4 Tbl butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 C flour
1 can minced or chopped clams
8 oz container heavy cream
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 lb spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add flour stirring well to make a roux. Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes until thickened.
Add clam juice, stir well. Add Cream and pepper. Bring to low boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Add clams, cook 2-3 more minutes to heat clams.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
