8 slices bread (not soft bread) crust removed, cubed (San Fran bread, 12 slices)
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
12 eggs, beaten
⅓ c. syrup
2 c. milk
Try ½ tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon on top

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, spray 9'X13" casserole dish. Make layers of ½ bread, then all the cheese and the remainder of bread. Combine beaten eggs with syrup and milk, pour on top. Top with cinnamon. Cover with plastic and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake 375º for 45 minutes. Serve with additional syrup.
