Crust
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
½ cup butter

Filling
1½ cup sugar
2½ cup rhubarb
3 tbsp flour
3 egg yolks beaten
⅓ cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crust
Mix together crust ingredients and place in 9x9 greased pan and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Filling
Mix all ingredients together and stir until thick and rhubarb is tender. Place on crust and meringue and bake until browned.

Add 1/2 cup marshmallow cream to meringue before topping and baking the dessert.
