1/2 C flour
1/3 C hot water
pinch of salt

Cream Cheese cut in cubes

Directions:

Mix flour and hot water - add a pinch of salt
Make small balls of dough. Flatten and roll them out into thin layers for skins. Leave in fridge over night.

Put cheese cube in the middle of the pot sticker skin and close the skin by pinching it together. A flour water glue mixture can be used to seal the skin.
Deep fry until lightly golden brown. Put on paper towel and sprinkle with sea salt.
