1 lbs. turkey, ground
3 large onions, chopped
6-8 large carrots, chopped
1 tsp. chili power
1-2 tsp. cumin
tsp. ground red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
2 T. dried Italian Herbs
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, undrained
1 can (15 oz.) Cannellini beans, undrained
1 can (10 oz.) Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
3 cans (14 oz. each) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (11 oz.) corn, undrained
2 cups chicken broth
Sherry
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey in small amount of olive oil abt 8 minutes, add onions and carrots, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in remainder of ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Add Sherry near end of cooking time, serve with cooked rice on top.
