3 cups broccoli, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
6 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
1 cup grated swiss cheese



Blend:
2/3 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup half and half
5 large eggs
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350 degrees

Spray deep dish pie plate with cooking spray.
Layer the chopped broccoli, onions, cheese and bacon.

Pour wet ingredients over the dry ingredients.

Bake 45 minutes to 60 minutes until golden on top.

Let cool a bit before cutting into wedges.

This is a recipe from Skinnytaste. Its very similar to my quiche recipe but with less fat and no crust. I miss the crust, but this is lighter and carries less guilt.
You could do even better if you use turkey bacon.
