8 oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 tbsp corn starch
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c ketchup
1 packet Sunbird sweet & sour mix
chicken

Cut chicken in cubes. Mix all ingredients together. Cook chicken and add sweet and sour mixture.
