2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Approx. 6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oleo, sugar, salt and milk to scalding point. Cool. Dissolve yeast in water and combine to milk mixture. Add eggs and beat with electric mixer. Add 2 c. flour and beat good with mixture. Add remaining flour. Let rise.

Bake in oven at 425º for 10-15 minutes.


Excellent dough for cinnamon rolls.
