salt
pepper
meat tenderizer
1 medium onion
2 potatoes

Directions:
Cut steak into pieces and put in pan. Add salt, pepper and meat tenderizer. Cut up onion. Add oil and fry. Slice two potatoes 1/4 thick, add water to cover meat and potatoes. Let simmer until meat is soft and potatoes are done. If potatoes get too soft before meat is cooked, take them out and leave meat to cook. Add 1/2 bottle of ketchup, put potatoes back in and leave to simmer a little. It should be done in about 1 hour altogether.
