3 or 4 lbs pork butts (ground coarse)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp hot pepper crushed
1/2 tsp fennel

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and make into patties. Separate with wax paper before freezing. Wrap well with plastic wrap and then in foil.
