2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
2 8 oz. cans mushrooms
1 cup butter
4 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix- prepared
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. parsley
2 eggs- well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
4 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion, celery, mushrooms and cup of butter until vegetables are soft. In an extra large bowl crumble prepared cornbread. Add all other ingredients including sautéed mixture. Mix well and pour into crockpot sprayed with Pam or lined with liner. Cook on Hi heat for 15 minutes then Low heat for 7 hours
