1 3/4 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c solid shortening
1/2 c peanut butter
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix at low speed until dough forms. Shape into balls. Roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Press Kisses in center of hot cookies.
