12 oz bag of Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet)

1 stick of butter


1 cup nuts- pecans or walnuts- chopped finely

10½ oz colored fruit flavored mini marshmallows

3 cups Coconut

Melt chocolate chips and butter on low heat stirring occasionally. Until melted.

Refrig 15 min

Put some of the coconut in a line on wax paper.

Shape mixture into a log by spooning it on to coconut line.

Sprinkle remaining coconut onto log and wrap tightly with wax paper.

Chill for several hours.

Cut into slices.
