Ingredients: 1 pound peanut nut butter cookies, coarsely crumbled 1 stick butter, melted.

Directions:Pulverize cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and process until crumbs clump together. Coat a 3X9 inch pan with spray and press mixtures into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown at 350º. |

Ingredients: 2 cups peanut butter chips. ⅔ cup light corn syrup 4 T. unsalted butter 1 t. vanilla

Directions:In a saucepan over medium to low heat, melt peanut butter chips and corm syrup, stirriing until smooth. About 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Spread ½ cup of the peanut mixture over the crust. |

Ingredients: 2 cups miniature marshmallows 2 ups dry roasted peanuts 2 cups Rice Krispies

Directions: |
Directions:Top with marshmallows and return to oven, Bake until marshmallows puff, about 2 minutes. Do not brown marshmallows. Toss peanuts and cereal with remaining peanut mixture to coat. Drop spoonfuls of the topping over the marchmallows, then spraad. Use a spatula sprayed to wcooking oil. Cool bars before cutting. Cut with a knife sprayed with cooking oil. |

Notes: this is a recipe out of a magazine, not sure which one. Mom underlined almost every word. So, either she really like it or, she got it late in life and thought underlining every word would help her remember as she prepared it. She did that a lot. Probably helped.
