2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 small onion chopped
3 cans minestrone soup
1-2 cans Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
2-3 cans Ranch Style beans
salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and cook in crock pot at least 3 hours on high. Cook 5 hours if using low setting. Serve with crackers or cornbread.
