8 oz Sausage, hot

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups Cheddar
12 oz Cream cheese
3/4 cup Swiss

Directions:

Cook sausage in large saucepan over MEDIUM-HIGH heat 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain. Return sausage to pan.
Add all remaining ingredients except chips; mix well. Put sausage dip in oven safe dish. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, until cheese just starts to brown. You can throw it under the broiler for the last 1-2 minutes to get the cheese a little crustier.
Serve with chips.

I just watched What the Health on Netflix and am tempted to remove this recipe after what I saw about sausage however everyone makes their own choices so it stays. XOXO
