8 oz Sausage, hot

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups Cheddar
12 oz Cream cheese
3/4 cup Swiss

Cook sausage in large saucepan over MEDIUM-HIGH heat 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain. Return sausage to pan.
Add all remaining ingredients except chips; mix well. Put sausage dip in oven safe dish. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, until cheese just starts to brown. You can throw it under the broiler for the last 1-2 minutes to get the cheese a little crustier.
Serve with chips.

I just watched What the Health on Netflix and am tempted to remove this recipe after what I saw about sausage however everyone makes their own choices so it stays. XOXO
