8 large ripe cucumbers
5 large onions
2 stalks celery, diced
8 large apples, cooked to soft
2 cups white vinegar
4 cups white sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
4 tbps. flour
water (enough to make paste)

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cucumbers and oinion. Let stand overnight in cup salt. In the morning, drain and bring to a boil with spices (place mustard seed and celery seed in a cotton bag).and remaining ingredients. When boiling make paste with tumeric, water and flour. Add to relish and simmer 10 minutes. Pack in jars.
