3 eggs
1 ½ cup brown sugar, packed
⅓ + ⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 ½ t. vanilla
¾ cup nuts, chopped (optional)
¾ cup Krusteaz Rye Flour
¾ cup quick cooking oats
¾ t. salt
¾ t. baking powder
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until mixture is free from sugar lumps.
Combine dry ingrediants with nuts and gradually stir into liquid mixture.
Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350º or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool in pan.
Dust with powdered sugar and cut into bars.

Mom would sometimes make these with chocolate chips mixed in as well. And Dad would often put peanut butter on top as he was eating them.
