2 lbs sliced squash 1/2 inch thick
1/2 Cup Butter melted & divided
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
1 Cup Whipping Cream
1/1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs divided
5 Eggs Beaten
1 Lb Jimmy Dean Sausage Browned, Crumbled & Drained
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cover Squash with water in a heavy pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until soft. Drain and mash. Sauté onions in 1/4 Cup Butter for 5 minutes, add garlic and cook until soft, mix with squash. Heat cream in another pan, stir in one cup of bread crumbs and add mixture to onions and squash. Stir in eggs, sausage, cheese, salt & pepper. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Combine remaining melted butter and bread crumbs, sprinkle on top and bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350º
