2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
1/3 Cup cocoa
3 Tablespoons Vanilla
5 Ounces Miniature Marshmallows
1 Cup Oil
1 1/2 Cup Plain Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Nuts Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Sugar & shortening. Add eggs and beat by hand...mix well. Add Vanilla and Nuts. Pour into greased oblong pan and bake for 35 minutes at 300º. Remove from oven and pour marshmallows on top. Return to oven for 10 minutes at 350º.
Cool cake for 1 hour and spread with this frosting:

2 Sticks Butter
1/2 Cup Cocoa
1 box Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Sift sugar with cocoa, nix with butter and add milk & vanilla. Add nuts and spread on cake over marshmallows.
