Brown 2 lbs of round steak cut into strips with 2 medium sliced onions. brown in butter. add chopped green pepper, 1/2 c water, 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c miracle whip, salt and pepper.
I also add sauted fresh mushrooms.

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND LET SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. SERVE OVER EGG NOODLES. THIS IS THE ONLY RECIPE I MAKE THAT ACTUALLY USES MIRACLE WHIP INSTEAD OF MAYONNAISE.
