3 Tbs Rum
1/2 lemon

Directions:
Cut cheese in 1/4 inch thick slices. Put cheese in ovenproof dish in preheated broiler 2minutes. Pour. Heated rum over cheese and ignite. When the flame dies down pour juice of 1/2 lemon, then serve.
