2 egg whites
Pinch of salt
1/8 tsp. Cream of tartar
1/2 cu sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. Vanilla

Filling
1/4 lb. milk chocolate
3 Tbs. hot water
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 pint whipping cream whipped
Chocolate bar for shaving on top.
Directions:
Directions:
Beat whites till foamy. Add salt, cream of tartar, sugar, and beat until stiff. Fold in nuts (optional) and vanilla. Put in cups, then bake 300 º 30 minutes. Cool, push down center and fill.

Melt chocolate and water, then cool. Add vanilla, and fold in whipped cream. Fill shells and shave chocolate on top. Let rest overnight.
