Ingredients:  
1. 2 cups flour
2. 2 tsp salt
3. 2 T oil, or butter
4. 2 eggs (beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with fork
Add salt, and oil
Mix well ,and add flour
Roll into firm ball
Flour cutting board, and roll out thin as possible
Flour the top of dough and roll up
Cut with pizza cutter to desired width
Spread noodles out, and let dry (cook right away if necessary)

If the dough seems too dry before you roll, add a few drops of milk
