Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Small Onion
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn Undrained
1/2 Cup Celery
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Red & Green chopped peppers
1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
3 Eggs
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet sauté onions and peppers in butter. In a separate bowl mix the corn, eggs, onions, sautéed onions & peppers with the muffin mix. Pour into a 9x13" pan top with Cheddar Cheese and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
