1 3/4 C flour
2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
6 T cold butter1/4 c shortening
7-8 T cold water

PUT FLOUR, SUGAR AND SALT IN BOWL AND MIX WELL. ADD BUTTER CHOPPED INTO SMALL SQUARES, USE A CRUST BLENDER OR FORK TO BLEND THE BUTTER INTO THE FLOUR MIXTURE. NEXT ADD THE SHORTENING, MIX WELL AND ADD THE WATER. YOU MAY NEED A LITTLE BIT MORE DEPENDING ON HOW DRY IT IS. USE 1/2 OF THE DOUGH MIXTURE ON A FLOURED SURFACE, ROLL INTO THE SHAPE OF A PIE SHELL. SPRAY THE BOTTOM OF PIE PAN WITH PAM OR BUTTER THEN PLACE PIE SHELL INTO PAN. ADD PIE FILLING AND THEN REPEAT THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TOP PIE SHELL. CUT 3-4 SMALL SLICES IN TOP OF PIE SHELL TO VENT.
