Ripe avocado (should be soft)
tomato - diced
scallion - chopped
jalapeno - chopped fine
fresh squeezed lemon juice or lime juice
fresh cilantro - chopped
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut avocado into cubes and then slightly mash in bowl. Add other ingredients to taste and mix well. Use avocado pit in bowl to keep from turning dark brown.

HINT: If avocados are not ripe put them in a brown bag and let them sit on counter for 24 hours or until soft.
