Cake:
1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs
1 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c coconut
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda

Icing:
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c powered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients with beater until well blended. Put in greased 13 x 9 pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

Beat icing ingredients together until creamy. When cake is cool, spread on top of cake.
