3 quarts popped popcorn
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place popcorn in a large bowl; set aside. In saucepan, combine sugar, butter, corn syrup and baking soda. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir until mixture is golden, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in vanilla. Pour over popcorn and toss to coat. Transfer to large greased baking sheet. Bake at 250º for 15 min and toss popcorn and return to oven. Continue process every 15 min. for a total of 1 hour. Cool slightly; break apart while warm.
