2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 T. white sugar
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
6 T. melted butter
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt


Filling:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup white sugar

Directions:

Heat oven to 425º. Grease 9" round pan.
In small bowl, mix filling and set aside. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Slowly whisk in buttermilk and 2 T. melted butter. Dough will be sticky. Knead dough for 1 min. press in to 9 X 12" rectangle. Take 2 T. of melted butter and cover dough. Take filling and cover dough. Roll tightly, cut into 7 or 8 pieces. Place in greased pan, brush with remaining butter, bake for 20 min. Remove from oven and ice.

1 T. milk
