Ingredients:
Ingredients:
18 to 25lb Norbest Turkey
1 stick of butter or margarine
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground sage

Reynolds Turkey Cooking bag

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat the oven to 325 degrees.
Rinse the turkey and take the giblet bag out.
I used a Reynolds turkey bag unless it didn't fit.
Pat the turkey dry and then smear the butter like you are putting sunscreen on all over the turkey and then throw the rest inside the cavity.
Wash your hands. Then in a small bowl mix all the spices together and sprinkle all over the turkey. Bake in the bag until the button pops up and the internal temp is 165 F in the thigh away from the bone. Save the juice for gravy and for keeping the turkey moist.
