5 cups tomatoes
3/4 cup tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms drained 4 oz. can
2 lbs cooked cubed veal or ham
1 T oil
1 pound mozzarella cheese sliced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, pepper in a large skillet, simmer for 30 minutes, add mushrooms and meat into sauce. Cook noodles in boiling water and cook 15 minutes, drain grease 9 x 12 inch baking pan with oil thin layer of sauce in bottom, top with noodles, cheese repeat top with parmesan cheese

Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
