Cake:
1 cup water
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 vegetable oil
2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts (optional)
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and cocoa, add butter and oil. Boil 4 ingredients and pour over flour, sugar and salt mixed. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Pour mixture in greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400º F. Remove from oven, cool and ice

To make the icing, bring butter, cocoa and buttermilk to a boil. Add powdered sugar and salt. Combine and spread on to cooled cake.
