3 cups diced potatoes
1 ½ cups water
½ cup diced celery
½ cup sliced carrots
¼ cup diced onion
1 tsp parsley flakes
½ tsp salt
Dash pepper
2 T flour
1 ½ cups milk
¼ lb. Velveeta cheese
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except milk, flour and cheese. Cook slowly until vegetables are tender. Mix flour with milk and cook until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted
