3 medium ripe avocados
1/4 white onion, finely chopped
1 small ripe tomato, finely chopped
2 T fresh lime juice
1 fresh jalapeņo, seeded and minced
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mash all of the ingredients with a fork until blended but still chunky. Season to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best served immediately. Makes about 2 cups
